1. Refund Processing

1.1 Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (subject to transaction fees).

1.2 If a refund is approved, customers will be notified via email with the refund details.

1.3 Transaction processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

2. Returns and Replacements

2.1 Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • A flat return shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable.

2.2 Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, customers must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The package condition upon delivery.
  • The unboxing process and removal of protective materials.
  • The entire product, highlighting any damage or defects.

2.3 Return Process

  • Customers must submit the unboxing video and return request via email at info@probiotainnovations.com.
  • Once the evidence is reviewed and approved, we will process the request for a replacement or refund.

2.4 Refunds and Replacements

  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after return approval.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days.
  • Verified claims will not incur additional charges apart from the return shipping fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Being available at the delivery location during the estimated timeframe.
  • Reporting lost or stolen packages promptly. Gut & Beyond is not liable for packages lost or damaged after delivery.

3.2 For special delivery locations (e.g., schools, hostels, or restricted areas), customers must provide clear instructions and permissions to avoid delivery issues. Gut & Beyond is not responsible for missed deliveries or returns in these cases.
